Plans, trial, and billing
Briefly+ is an auto-renewing subscription with a monthly and a yearly plan, sold through the App Store. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you subscribe.
New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. Apple decides whether an Apple ID qualifies, and the App Store shows the trial before you confirm if it does. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or a billing period ends, the subscription renews and your Apple ID is charged.
Cancel, restore, or get a refund
- Cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Briefly, and tap Cancel Subscription. Briefly+ stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- New device: sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases on the Briefly+ screen in the app.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com.
